M. Meriwether Brown, M.D.
M. Meriwether Brown, MD received her Bachelor of Arts degree at Wesleyan University in Middletown Connecticut. She then attended the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and went on to train in general psychiatry at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics. To study child and adolescent psychiatry, Dr. Brown returned east to the Brown University/Rhode Island Hospital fellowship. She completed two years of sub-specialty training and served as co-chief fellow in her second year. Dr. Brown is board certified in general psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry.

G. Michael Gomez, M.D.
Dr. Gomez is a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist who is Board Certified in Psychiatry. He received his Bachelor of Science from Baylor University, attended medical school at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, and trained in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Baylor College of Medicine. He is currently assisting Alabama Psychiatric Services as a part-time physician at various office locations throughout the state.

Daniel T. Meadows, Jr., M.D.
Dr. Meadows is a board certified adult psychiatrist. Dr. Meadows graduated from University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1972 with a Bachelor of Science in biology. He received his medical degree from the University of South Alabama in 1976. Dr. Meadows did a flexible internship with emphasis in medicine at Brooke Army Medical Center from 1976-1977, and completed his psychiatric residency training at Eisenhower Army Medical Center in 1980. Dr. Meadows served two additional years in the Army and was on the faculty in psychiatry at Eisenhower Army Medical Center from 1981 to 1982. He then served on the faculty at the University of Alabama at Birmingham from1982 to 1984 where he was voted outstanding teacher by the psychiatric residents for the 1983-1984 school year. Dr. Meadows has been in private practice of psychiatry since 1984, and has special interest in biological psychiatry as well as religion and psychiatry.
